By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 99xx may request a copy of your National ID or birth certificate for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until age verification is complete.

• The registrant must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• A national ID card, passport, or driving license is accepted for verification.
• If an account is found to have been registered by a minor, it will be terminated and deposited funds will not be refunded.

Deposits and withdrawals on 99xx support Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Any issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Payments from third-party accounts will not be processed.
• 99xx does not charge deposit fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges.
• For suspicious transactions, 99xx reserves the right to hold payments until verification is complete.

99xx offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, which are listed separately with every offer.

• Welcome bonus eligibility: new members making their first deposit only. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same person or device.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 15x to 30x).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• For referral bonuses, the referred person must complete their first deposit.
